A $50 deposit per boarder is required to secure a spot during holidays and long weekends.
All customers please note the following:
We only accept morning drop-offs from 8:30 am to midday, with 8:30-9:30 am preferred time. This allows our boarders time to settle into their new surroundings.
Pick-ups are available in the morning and afternoon from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with 8:30-9:30 am and 4:30-5:00 pm being the preferred times. We appreciate an estimated time for both drop-off and pick-up.
A morning pick-up is not charged for the day; however, an afternoon pick-up incurs a day’s charge.
We are closed for customer drop-offs and pick-ups on Sunday afternoons, public holidays, and all day on Tuesdays. If Monday is a public holiday, we will be open on Tuesday. Please rest assured that any boarders in our care will be well looked after during this time. Please note that drop-off and pick-up times may change during Christmas and Easter.
Please be aware that we do not have EFTPOS facilities; we only accept cash, cheque, or direct deposit.
Viewings of the accommodation are available by appointment only, and we do not conduct viewings during peak periods.
